Hello, all!
Personally, psychology is something that really interests me. Especially the psychology of emotions. So, I've done a bit of research and, out of boredom, decided to write down some things I discovered.
There are several theories about emotions and the order in which they are caused.
The James-Lange Theory suggests that the event comes first, then arousal, then interpretation, and then the emotion.
The Cannon-Bard Theory is that an event happens, and then arousal and emotion occur at the same time.
The Lazarus Theory is that the event happens, then the thought, and then the emotion and arousal at the same time.
The Facial Feedback Theory is that there is an event, then facial changes, and then the emotion.

Well, everybody. Which theories do you guys agree with? Personally I think that the Cannon-Bard Theory is the correct one. What about you?
